1955 Diamond T U.S. Army Tow Truck. First Gear cat no. 19-2144 (also Eastwood 409000), precisely 1:34 scale, heavy guage die cast metal. This Diamond T Model 605 is marked "U.S. Army Test Operation, 4 x 2." That's rather bizarre because the Army never purchased any Diamond T trucks in this weight category and certainly not a wrecker version. Diamond T did make a tow truck based on the Model 605 that was sold to various private companies and service stations, but never the military.

This die cast model is Mint in the original box. Measures Approx. 8" long by 3.8" high by 3" wide. Awesome graphics, detailed exterior and interior, engine, and undercarriage. Side mirrors are included in the box. This First Gear model was produced only in 1997. This First Gear Limited Edition is sold only by Eastwood Automobilia and is a very scarce model with the U.S. Army markings.

Packing and shipping is based on a weight of 3 pounds and is only my out-of-pocket cost. I pack and ship the same day payment is received. I'm not like some Internet sellers who build big profits into shipping and screw the buyer.
